As we meander through the greenery around Kings Cross, medical herbalist Natasha Richardson Bsc(hons), Mst, MNIMH and founder of Forage Botanicals will unveil the secrets of each plant, sharing fascinating anecdotes and traditional uses. The journey begins and ends at the Blomma Beauty shop where a delightful selection of botanical-infused drinks awaits you. But most importantly, stay behind for a lively chat with herbalist Natasha about anything about women's health.

About Natasha

Forage Botanicals' founder, Natasha Richardson has a BSc (Hons) in herbal medicine and a master’s in the history of women’s medicine from The University of Oxford. Having struggled with her menstrual health, followed by an unsuccessful search for proper treatment, Natasha applied her scientific knowledge to create her herbal remedies. Today, Forage Botanicals offers natural products expertly made by her, personalised 1:1 treatment plans, and online courses for empowering menstrual education, menopause, and more.

She ran a successful clinic for over 10 years helping with menstrual complaints from menarche to menopause before writing her book ‘Your Period Handbook’. Now she has a team that takes patients while she focuses on product development and community relationships.
